Shipping & Returns

All orders received will be shipped on the next business day where we have stock available. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.

Delivery: We plan to deliver within 1-2 weeks of order, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.

Complaints
Direct Insight values its customers and takes the relationship seriously. We aim to help you every step of the way from an enquiry, free download order to a purchased order in any currency. Whichever country the customer is from, we endeavour to reply to emails within one working day from receipt. How long can I send back my ordered articles and cancel the order?
Cancellation of orders are accepted within 14 days.


How can I send back and recall my order?
Cancellation of orders are accepted within 14 days effective from receipt of the delivery. To take advantage of this cancellation period it is enough to send us in time your cancellation declaration.
If the good has already been used and shows signs of usage, you can only cancel the order within the 14-days-cancellation-period effective from receipt. We reserve the right to bill the loss in value and your benefit of the usage of the good.


You can declare your cancellation in written form or on any other durable data storage medium, per email or simply by sending back the package.
